F1 Japan Ticket Collection Information
If your delivery method is on-site pick up, your order for the 2017 Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix is scheduled to be collected at the event. The Ticket collection booth is located at the Circuit’s Main Gate. The two ticket collection windows are located at the Circuit Ticket Sales Office, and will be signposted with "Formula 1 Tickets collection" signage.
Please note that several counters will be opened at the Ticket Sales Office; please look out for “Formula 1 Tickets” signage to avoid unnecessary queues!

How do I get there?
By Train: We strongly recommend our customers to stop at the “Shiroko” train station (Kintetsu line) and to avoid the “Suzuka Circuit Ino” train station. The “Shiroko” station will have English signage to guide you and shuttle buses will be proposed outside to drive you directly to the Circuit. Please note that taxis are not available at the “Suzuka Circuit Ino” train station and a 45-mn walk is needed to reach the Circuit.
By Taxi: Taxis will be proposed at the “Shiroko” station throughout the event. The driver can drop you at the Main Gate, where our collection point is located. If your driver doesn’t speak English, please show this sentence:

When Can I collect my tickets?
The Ticket Collection booth is open:
Thursday 5 October: 08:30-12:00
Friday 6 October: 08:30-15:30
Saturday 7 October: 09:00-16:00
Sunday 8 October: 08:30-13:30
Important: What you need to bring
It is mandatory for you to present an electronic or printed version of your e-voucher when you arrive to collect your tickets. Make sure to:
- Please download your e-Voucher from the "My Account" section of the Gootickets Website.
- Bring a printed copy of the e-Voucher
- Bring a Valid ID document (ID Card, Passport, Driver's licence).
If your tickets are to be collected by a friend, family member or other third party:
- Please send an email to email@example.com stating the person's name.
- Make sure this person brings the e-voucher and a photocopy of your ID.
- This person will also have to bring his/her own ID.
Please note that Tickets that are not collected will not be refunded.
